Refund policy

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and send a message within 5 days via our Contact Us page if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take clear photos or a video of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in. The images should clearly show the damage. Please note that our policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or if the product has been tampered with. All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

Depending on the extent of the damage and the product's value, we offer one of the following resolutions: full refund, store credit or replacement. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item needs to be sent back to us. In some cases, it may not be necessary to return the damaged item. We will provide specific instructions once we have reviewed your claim.
